3. Subscription and Payment

JobStack AI offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JobStack AI and its licensors.
