At JobStack AI, we strive to provide excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription activation
  • Refunds are only available for unused subscription time
  • Refunds are not available for completed interview sessions
  • Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@jobstackai.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your account dashboard
  • Navigate to subscription settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed AI interview sessions
  • Downloaded certificates or reports
  • Used minutes or interview credits
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of activation

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be provided
  • Refunds for technical issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
